We want you to love your purchase, but please note that refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Size Exchanges: At this time, size exchanges are not accepted. We encourage you to explore our LOOKBOOK to get a better understanding of how our garments fit on our models, helping you choose the best size for your preferences.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is in charge of return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us using the contact form below, within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund: Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
